Why clean up?

It can be impolite on Tumblr to remove the original poster's comments when you reblog, so use this control with caution!

Situations where you might want to do it: remove spam comments; remove unsuitable external links; tidy up the appearance of your blog.

If you deleted comments using this setting when you reblogged, these comments cannot be restored onto that reblog post later. To get the comments, you would have to reblog the same post a second time.

We take your privacy seriously. Gridllr does not ask for, nor have any means to obtain, your name, address, email address or other personally identifying information ("personal data").

All use of Gridllr is anonymous, that is to say, no personal data is required.

Gridllr has access to your Tumblr account including your Tumblr blog name and the posts you have liked ("Tumblr data").

When you use Gridllr, Gridllr will retain your Tumblr data for a short time, normally less than 2 hours, to help to deliver a faster service.

Gridllr may store cookies in your browser. One cookie (if 'Remember me' is checked) holds your login so that you can return to Gridllr without needing to login again. One cookie holds visual settings, for example the grid size.

Gridllr retains a small amount of user data permanently, including your Gridllr settings and your starred posts.

For up to 30 days, Gridllr keeps automated logs of usage of the site, including IP addresses, for fault tracking and statistical purposes.

Gridllr is hosted by Google. User data and logs are stored in the United States of America or other Google hosting locations worldwide.

Standard Google Analytics tools are used for statistical monitoring of Gridllr site performance and usage.

Griddlr does not use any third-party tracking or third-party cookies.
